NTC，是 Negative Temperature Coefficient 的缩写，泛指负温度系数热敏电阻，是一种随着温度升高，电
阻值减少的热敏电阻。负温度系数热敏电阻器是以锰、钴、镍和铜等金属氧化物为主要材料， 采用陶瓷工
艺制造而成的。温度低时，这些氧化物材料的载流子（电子和孔穴）数目少，所以其电阻值较高；随着温度
的升高，载流子数目增加，所以电阻值降低。
NTC 主要应用于温度测量和控制，温度补偿、突波抑制、环境测量等，广泛应用于家电、仪器仪表、照明、
工业、汽车电子等行业。

NTC, short for negative temperature coefficient thermistor, is a thermistor whose resistance value
decreases with the increase of temperature. Negative temperature coefficient thermistor is made
of manganese, cobalt, nickel, copper and other metal oxides by ceramic technology. When the
temperature is low, the number of carriers (electrons and holes) in these oxide materials is small,
so their resistance value is high; as the temperature increases, the number of carriers increases,
so the resistance value decreases.
NTC is mainly used in temperature measurement and control, temperature compensation, surge
suppression, environmental measurement, etc., and widely used in household appliances, instruments,
lighting, industry, automotive electronics and other industries.
